Tasted – April 15th 2014
Lovey aromas of white pepper, grass and citrus. A zingy, fresh taste of grapefruit, lemon citrus with a steely minerality. This dry Santorini Assyrtiko blend had high acidity, good body and a strong finish. A great summer wine to have with simple grilled fish.
